Visiting Music Teacher (Piano)

We are seeking a well-qualified Visiting Music Teacher to plan and deliver outstanding piano lessons to individuals of all standards (from beginner to Grade 8) from September 2026. It is hoped that the successful applicant would encourage and support their pupils in performing in school ensembles, concerts and events throughout the school year, in addition to individual teaching. The role is self-employed and reports to the Director of Music. The appointee will be expected to work independently and show considerable initiative.
This post is initially for one year from September 2026 to cover a sabbatical, however there is the possibility of this being made permanent if pupil numbers demand this.
