Piano Symposium | Juilliard Extension

Continue to build your piano skills over the summer in this symposium, which offers students a chance to perform and explore classical piano technique, style, interpretation, memorization, and performance practice in a master class setting. Active listening, discussion, and attention are critical elements of the course. Students will benefit from three small-group classes with one teacher, as well as one masterclass led by special guest Sandro Russo. Join us this summer to continue building your skills.

Pre-requisite: A basic knowledge of rhythmic values and the ability to sight-read at the piano in both treble and bass clefs with both hands playing together.

This course requires an online application to be considered for placement. Application deadline: Monday, June 1 @ 5pm ET.
