Audition Dates Are Subject to Change
Musicians of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) are employed according to the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between OPO and Local 389 AFM.
Per the terms of the CBA the 2024-2025 season service rates:
Assistant Concertmaster – guaranteed 140 services
(Services Rate - $177.51)
Pension Contribution – 6% of all wages earned under the CBA
Instrument Insurance – up to $40,000 coverage for Core Members
Please note, Orlando Philharmonic does not offer travel compensation, reimbursement, or accommodations under the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
