Artistic Administrator
(full-time, permanent)

The Artistic Administrator provides artistic, administrative, and logistical leadership for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s classical and education programming, in alignment with ASO policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Responsibilities include department administration, budget development and tracking, supervision of the Artistic Coordinator, and serving as the primary liaison between the Artistic Planning Team and other ASO departments. The position also provides on-site guest artist hospitality and backstage support for select weeks and projects, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure smooth rehearsals, concerts, and related activities.
In collaboration with the VP of Artistic Planning, the role contributes to non-subscription programming, special projects, festivals, residencies, education and community engagement initiatives, and multi-year recording plans.
