• Internationally recognised pipe drum qualification
• Proven ability to train students across all levels of pipe drum grades, both theoretical and practical
• Participated in World Championship at all levels
• Completion of a recognised Drum Major Course
• Previous experience training bands for local and international events
• SCQF level 6 in Pipe Drum instructing or equivalent
• Former or current member of a British military band
• Strong commitment to promoting excellence in pipe drumming
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate musicians.
