Junior Academy has an envied reputation for providing a solid platform for aspiring musicians aged 8-18 on Saturdays during term time at Royal Academy of Music, one of the UK’s foremost music conservatoires.
We seek a musicianship teacher to join our team of experienced teachers to inspire our students and provide them with the necessary skills to help them improve and succeed in composition and musicianship.
The post is hourly-paid and will include group tuition of students as well as the possibility of running composition workshops and possible chamber music coaching.
Candidates should have an experienced performance and teaching portfolio and have the appropriate characteristic to suit Junior Academy’s ethos. Ensemble coaching skills are useful.
