The Vratsa Conducting Summer Masterclass is the official conductor development programme of the Vratsa Symphony Orchestra, focussing on providing extensive orchestral podium time to allow for conductors to analyse, develop, assimilate and refine their ideas and gestures unique to their styles. Conductors work with a full time professional orchestra enabling them to gauge a real world orchestral response to their directions in symphonic repertoire and opera arias. Participants receive individual instruction from international faculty, extensive podium time with orchestra and piano, and access to rehearsal video for immediate feedback and analysis.
