Applications are now open for the Supraleitung Methode Japan®︎ Music Competition 2026.
Experience the opportunity to perform in Japan and share your music with an international jury.
The Preliminary Round is conducted through YouTube video evaluation, and finalists may choose either a live performance in Tokyo or YouTube video evaluation for the Final Round.
The Supraleitung Methode Japan®︎ Grand Prize includes a trip to Singapore, with round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation.
Outstanding prize winners will be invited to perform at the Basel Music Festival 2027 in Tokyo.
Whether you dream of visiting Japan or participating from your home country, you are warmly welcome to join.
Open to all nationalities and educational backgrounds.
