AltreVoci Ensemble organises a masterclass for composers, performers and electronics musicians focused on
flute and electronics in contemporary repertoire.
Two fascinating and complementary worlds: the flute (from piccolo to bass flute) and electronics. The
masterclass will explore the points of connection between these two sound dimensions, highlighting the
peculiarities of each while seeking common ground to foster their integration. Contemporary repertoire will
serve as the privileged testing ground for delving into the characteristics of this particular combination,
analyzing how to move from one instrument to the other while maintaining their distinctiveness, and at the
same time encouraging their coexistence through multiple approaches and possibilities.
