Conducting Mentoring Programme – April–June 2026

A six-session, individual mentorship with Jonathan Mann (Director, International Conducting Academy), designed for conductors seeking focused artistic and professional development.
Work is tailored to your technique, repertoire and career direction. Areas may include physical communication, score preparation, rehearsal leadership, video analysis and strategic positioning.
Sessions may be taken online or in person in Central London (with professional pianist). Sessions can be spaced individually or grouped for extended working blocks.
Ongoing support between sessions via email, WhatsApp or call forms part of the mentoring relationship
