Italian Conducting Academy

At ICA Milan, emerging conductors encounter music in its truest form: demanding, vibrant, profoundly human. Here you learn to conduct by listening, to lead with respect, to create while honouring each voice. More than training, it’s a vision. More than technique, it’s an artistic conscience. Because conducting is not just a gesture: it is responsibility, an act of the soul. The peculiarity of this school consists of theoretical and practical lessons which exclusively involve the presence of the orchestra and not the use of the pianos. The lessons are divided into different orchestral groups: string orchestra, chamber orchestra and symphony orchestra.
