Masterclass Direzione Orchestra Repertorio Operistico M Bufalini

The Accademia Filarmonica Europea is organizing a Masterclass in Orchestral Conducting led by Maestro Marcello Bufalini, a conductor active in major Italian and European theaters and a leading interpreter of contemporary symphonic and operatic repertoire.The course will be held in Albano Laziale, an important town in the Castelli Romani area, in the splendid setting of Villa Altieri (https://www.villaaltieri.it/) from 6 to 11 October 2026. The first day will include a piano rehearsal, while the remaining three days will feature 6-hour orchestral sessions. At the end of the course, selected active participants, chosen at the sole discretion of the Maestro and the Artistic Director of the Accademia, will conduct one public performance. The masterclass is aimed at professional conductors or conducting students, as well as composers and musicians interested in deepening their understanding of conducting practice.
