Section First Violin

Only highly qualified candidates will be invited to audition. Auditions will be held in Seattle at McCaw Hall. Preliminary Auditions will start at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Preliminary auditions may continue Thursday, May 7, 2026. The excerpts will be identical for all candidates. The Final Auditions will start on May 7, 2026, after the Preliminary Auditions. As part of the Final Audition, candidates may be required to return to Seattle later, to perform with the Orchestra led by the Music Director.
