A cello made in Paris, 1983, by Laszlo Lendjel

Prix: 34000 €
This instrument has been made in 1983 by Laszlo Lendjel for Mr. Robin Clavreul, a french cellist, and was owned and played since then by him.

The cello is made under a "Strad-Model", with a very ancient wood-front, (dendrochronology to be produced later), and expresses a powerful and yet nostalgic sound, …. The varnish is brown and the condition of the instrument is very healthy, no cracks.

Mr Lendjel died early in 1995, (54 years old) and He had made lots of violins and violas, but I think this is the only cello left, unless another one would exist as a whole Italian quartett (meaning: a whole "Laszlo Lendjel"-made quartett instruments).
