Principal Double Bass

€2,430 p/month
The Agency for the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) is currently accepting applications from interested musicians to join the Orchestra as per Principal Double Bass on a contract-for-service (self-employed) basis for a definite period of one year.
Qualified musicians holding a university degree in music performance, a conservatory diploma, or an equivalent qualification, and with experience in orchestral playing, are invited to submit a detailed curriculum vitae along with a recent video recording of orchestral excerpts of your choice. While the Agency seeks musicians who are available to start immediately for a one-year period, we are open to negotiating start dates with successful applicants, if required. We are also flexible and welcome applications from candidates interested in shorter commitments.
