Multiple luthiers who have examined it in person confirm this is a well-crafted instrument in remarkable condition for its age, with only a well-repaired crack beneath the right F-hole. Features premium wood selection, superior craftsmanship, and a stunning one-piece back.
A world-renowned expert has characterized it as a "Good Germanic violin from the first half of the 20th century."
Recently serviced by an experienced violin maker with a complete setup including an Aubert Old Lux bridge and new soundpost. Freshly strung with a new set of strings.
Standard measurements: 13 cm neck, 19.5 cm stop length.
Contains two labels: one incorrectly attributed to "Enrico Rocca" and a repair label from the 1980s by a German luthier.
