For sale is a high-quality Heckel bassoon with serial number 133XX. The instrument is in very well cared, carefully preserved condition and comes from the assistant principal bassoonist of a German symphony orchestra.
Features include high D, high E, piano whisper key, A-flat/B-flat trill key, and a Gentleman model with a short bass joint. Includes two Heckel bocals of your choice.
Heckel bassoons have long stood for exceptional tonal depth, clear response, great projection, and high tonal differentiation. In addition, the instrument offers the precise mechanism typical of Heckel as well as excellent craftsmanship.
The bassoon can be played on trial in Berlin by appointment.
