The International Piano Academy was founded in 2000 and took place for the first time in 2001. In recent years, over 250 pianists from almost 30 countries have come to Murrhardt.
During the International Piano Academy, participants can receive lessons from the four invited professors. In 2025, masterclasses will be held by Prof. Aviram Reichert (Seoul), Prof. Jacques Rouvier (Munich) and Prof. Christian A. Pohl (Leipzig). All courses are open to the public and free of charge for all listeners. In the public concerts, interested parties have the opportunity to enjoy the works performed in the Murrhardt Festival Hall.
