Marketing Assistant

The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra is in search of a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team to deliver the current concert profile and 2025 Season launch. Join our lean, busy, and collaborative team, where you'll be hands-on and ready to tackle diverse tasks. Bring your proactive and detail-oriented nature to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
As a key support role within the marketing department, you’ll be liaising across internal departments and marketing suppliers to assist in delivering concert marketing plans and collateral. Key responsibilities include:
-Provide administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure a smooth-running department.
-Proofread marketing materials, collate feedback, and ensure strict brand standards.
-Assist with concert programs, content creation for various marketing channels, and coordinate front-of-house displays and signage.
-Liaise with suppliers for direct mail and collateral distribution, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Implement and monitor social media campaigns, providing statistical data for future development.
-Assist with marketing events and cross-promotional opportunities.
