TEACHER: Internationally acclaimed Maestro Edvard Tchivzhel
12 Conductors will get over 100 minutes of podium time. In the morning, conductors will have a session conducting two pianists of the afternoon repertoire. In the afternoon, conductors will conduct a professional chamber orchestra. There will also be video review sessions and special conducting topic lectures (score study, interpretation, programming, auditioning, competitions, etc.) in the evening. All conductors will conduct a piece on the final concert and one conductor will be awarded an honorable mention for their work throughout the week.

VERDI: Symphony for Strings
VAUGHAN WILLIAMS: Concerto in D minor for Violin & String Orchestra
STRAVINSKY: L’Histoire du Soldat (The Soldier’s Tale)
BEETHOVEN: Symphony no. 3
MENDELSSOHN: Symphony no. 4
