Östgötamusiken is looking to recruit a Principal Tuba

We are looking for a tuba player both for the Brasskvintetten - Brass Quintet - and for the Östgöta Blåsarsymfoniker – Nordic Wind Ensemble. The Brass Quintet is one of Sweden’s few professional wind quintets. The quintet plays chamber music concerts as well as concerts for young and more mature audiences, where you will be required to have suitable communication with the audience.
Swedish is therefore a requirement.
Audition will take place by invitation on September 24th in Östgötamusikens facilities.
Mandatory works: Ralph Vaughan Williams, Tuba Concerto movement 1 and 2. Vladislav Blazhevich, Soloetyd for Contrabass Tuba.
