2026 Orchestral Fellowship - Double Bass
The Auckland Philharmonia is inviting applications from promising post-graduate string players for our 2026 Orchestral Fellowship Programme!
Designed to bridge the gap between tertiary training and the professional orchestral environment, up to two positions are available from April-August 2026 for this short-term professional development opportunity to regularly play and rehearse with our orchestra. The programme consists of full-time paid work, a stipend, and lessons from string section principals.
Applications close on MONDAY 9 FEBRUARY NZ TIME. Please note this position is only eligible to individuals with the legal right to work in New Zealand at the time of the audition.
