Modern Italian cello by M. I. Piccinotti

This instrument has an open, powerful yet round sound. The balance between strings is good and the sound quality is maintained through all the string length.
It is comfortable, easy to play and has a fast response.

Recently reviewed by a luthier, it is in excellent condition.

Since I play mostly in baroque set up, I am selling my modern instrument so it can keep up its performing life.

Construction materials:
-top: spruce
-back, sides and head: Balkan spruce
-fingerboard, tailpiece and pegs: ebony

Based on a classical model by Stradivari, its measures are:
length: 75,8 cm
width: 34,8 cm (upper) /24,2 cm (central) / 44,7 cm (lower)
string length: 70 cm
