International Composition for String Quartet – Angelo-Comneno

“The Angelic Constantinian Academy of Letters, Arts and Sciences announces for the year 2025 the seventh edition of the International Composition Competition, named after its founders Mario and Stefania ANGELO-COMNENO di Tessaglia. The “String Quartet Composition Competition” is centered on promoting individual talent and creativity and aims to encourage musical research and experimentation; the main objective is to promote interculturality, harmonize diversity and build cultural bridges through the universal language of music, strengthening the encounter between Eastern and Western cultures. In this seventh edition, which will take place in the Jubilee Year, the focus will be on the Latin and Byzantine tradition.”
