Finest and rare cello master bow by Philipp Paul Nürnberger (ca. 1915) with authenticity certificate

From my private collection, thus substantially below average retail prices: exceptional bow in fine condition with superb playing characteristics ‒ immediate response, and a rounded, clear, mature sound ‒, made by Philipp Paul NÜRNBERGER (1882‒1946), Franz Albert Jr's elder son.
Its choice pernambuco stick’s balance between stiffness and agility facilitate effortless handling, tonal brilliance and mighty sound projection ‒ on a par with French bows valued at 2-3x more. Don't take my word for it; play it.

Experts on 19th/20th c. German bows (Grünke, Köstler, Wohlleber, Schröder) agree that Philipp's bows of his early period (like this one) are generally superior to those of his prominent father.
